SS Embossed sheets are Higher Temperature rated than Aluminium embossed sheet but Stiffer to work with, but still manageable by hand.

This 304 Stainless Steel Thermal Barrier Sheet design is deeply textured, and could be cut, fold and shape to make very efficient heat shields and barriers. STIFFER single layer sheet compared to the Aluminium embossed sheets.

Ideal for exhaust manifold and turbo shields, Bulkheads, Electrical protection and shielding, lining tunnels, protecting brake and fuel lines and components.

Stainless Steel Thermal Barrier Sheet is easy to fold and form, and the most effective way to control and manage radiant heat issues. Stainless steel is the ideal choice of material as it offers a high corrosion resistance, high thermal conductivity, is highly reflectively and has a low emissive rate.

Easy to cut with tin snips, simply fold and form edges with a hammer on a square edge. Stronger and resistant higher temperature than aluminum heat shield sheet.
