Thermal Shield Adhesive Backed Gold Heat Reflective Sheet is an adhesive heat shield made from a metalized polymide laminated to a light weight glass fiber cloth with a high temperature pressure sensitive adhesive for use in extreme temperature swing environments. It can take constant ambient temps of up to 1,100 degrees Fahrenheit, intermittent ambient temps of 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit.
Used for firewalls, fuel cells, engine covers, under hoods, engine compartment, bulk heads, seat bottoms, and anything or area that needs protection from heat.
