Custom M14 x P1.5 High Tensile Steel wheel studs specifically designed to suit Holden VE & VF Commodores.

Specifications:

  • M14 x 1.5 12.9 tensile

  • Anti-rust Black Electrophoresis finish

  • 80mm Length Requires Open ended wheel nuts suit.

  • 60mm length can be used with ANY closed end wheel nuts. (4 more complete threads than OEM stud by having threads from the tip gives this wheel stud extra 4 IMPORTANT threads!)

WHY?

The OEM wheel stud has just too few threads due to the non-threaded nose design to have enough threads to SAFELY secure your wheels. (Engineering specifications are M14 studs need 14mm of threads or 9 full turns of the wheel nut on the stud.)

  • When you use 2 piece brake rotors, most are thicker in the alloy hat to ensure sufficient strength to resist hard braking shearing forces. (Even Less threads on the wheel nut!)

  • When you use aftermarket Alloy wheels, some are thicker in the bolt taper to the hub face as its material is lower grade Alloy and needs Thicker flange for the required strength due to most commodores heavier total weight. (Even Less threads on the wheel nut!)

PLEASE NOTE:

You will require open-end wheel nuts for these 80mm studs.

Professional installation required.

These studs are specific for VE & VF Commodores. (Can be used in other hub if the hole are made to suit)
