12” /300mm Single Disc Clutch & Flywheel
The basic concepts to Improve clutch performance is simple and straightforward:
Increased clamp pressure of the clutch cover / pressure plate. UPGRADED HD Cover with 2,800ft/1.27tons of clamping force!!! This is the Single most effective way to manage high horsepower or torque load, but Too much increase in clamping pressure makes the Clutch Pedal too heavy and stiff and becomes Unfriendly for Street use, especially Important in street driven performance cars. We purpose build CC pressure plates with 30% more clamp pressure than stock so that it is still Comfortable to drive!
Higher Friction from the clutch disc material. We use a Premium Ceramic Button material to increase the Grip and handle much higher operating temperatures than Organic materials. Can Shudder on take off but progressively Grippier with more heat!!! Reinforced SPRUNG HUB DISC with special retainer Bolts, not riveted. SUPER SILICON-FILLED DAMPER STEEL SPRINGS IN HUB to absorb the Hard Knocks from Performance Driving!!!!
Options of Flywheels: Billet Chromoly Flywheel Lightweight 8.6kg for high rpm uses or just OE weight of 12.35kg but made from Billet Steel for high revs use! CC billet steel flywheels are recommended as a replacement for factory cast flywheels in high performance and racing vehicles. Cast flywheels are not explosion proof and can be dangerous when used in high performance applications at higher RPMs. CC billet steel flywheels are CNC machined from certified materials and exceed SFI specifications. ALL FLYWHEEL is SURFACED GROUND FOR A TRUE PARALLEL FRICTION SURFACE WITH NO RUN-OUT, BALANCED AND READY TO INSTALL OUT OF THE BOX.
